Johannes-Diakonie – strong for people

About us

Our company is a modern provider of social services. Established in 1880, we are run as a statutory corporation. Our focus is on the following areas of activity:

  • support for people with disabilities and learning difficulties
  • medical services
  • occupational rehabilitation for young people
  • education and training of skilled workers
  • youth aid and elderly care

Several thousand people rely on our social services, which we provide at more than 30 locations in southern Germany. See more at About us.

International: Partnerships around the world

Social services know no borders. With our experience and knowledge, we are well appreciated partners abroad. The Johannes-Diakonie has been establishing international contacts for years. Cooperations connect us with social institutions in Europe and overseas. We take part in exchange programmes and share our experience internationally. And also we ourselves are international. We employ people from over 50 countries and live diversity in our teams. Find out more about our partnerships at Johannes-Diakonie International.
